Fantastic Campsite – Highly Recommended
I stayed at this campsite on 30th May 2026 after making a very last-minute booking on the Friday evening for the following Saturday. Not only were they able to fit me in, but they also accommodated my friend and me together, which I really appreciated. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout.
The campsite itself is absolutely lovely, with a wonderful atmosphere and genuinely friendly people. There was always something going on, and during our stay they even had bingo, which added to the fun and community feel. Having restaurants on site was another great bonus.
I also have to mention the showers. Quite honestly, they are the best campsite showers I have ever used—and I’ve travelled extensively and stayed at campsites all over the world. They were spotlessly clean, with a lovely old-fashioned showerhead, perfect water pressure, and just the right temperature. It might sound like a small thing, but it made a huge difference to the overall experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend this campsite highly enough. It offers fantastic facilities, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. From the ease of booking at the last minute to the quality of the amenities and the friendly environment, everything exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be returning and look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hi I was in my VW campervan on a grass pitch, it was very nice and clean the site was kept clean and tidy all the time and the grass kept cut ,the shower, are clean and tidy, plenty of facilities there for kids and adults and all at a far price definitely would go again and recommend it to anyone to give it a go ,thanks for putting me up at short notice regards Phil

Lovely site. Stayed in a static caravan. Plenty of space between caravans. Caravan clean on arrival. Site lovely. Views across a field of buttercups,and across to the moor. Farm animals near by making for a peaceful atmosphere. Site staff very friendly and helpful. Clubhouse very friendly, food good and value for money. Entertainment for all ages.

I have stayed at this site for a couple of weeks both in a caravan and in a tent and I can only say that the site is lovely, very clean and tidy, clean facilities and absolutely lovely staff who have been so very helpful and kind to me and my partner during our stay. The location is very picturesque and the views of the moors are absolutely stunning. The staff here really do try to make everything as easy and straightforward as possible. Will definitely be coming bk again. Thank you to all the staff Chloe, Viv, Steve, Vicki and the other Steve and of Course Colin the the owner. A big thank you to you all.

great place to stay, apart from cars parking in our part of the field at random times even though they never had tents pitched up in h field acting strangely. need more showers facilities in the mens block and toilets
food was great, soft drinks are expensive got charged £4 once for a pint of lemonade with a dash of blackcurrant
second pint was £4.60 for a soft drink
but otherwise ok,
we will be back again doing enduro riding the rocky trails

We had a fantastic stay at Parker’s Farm. The views are simply stunning and make every moment relaxing — whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or an evening walk. The campsite is well kept and the facilities are clean and convenient. What really stood out was the staff: warm, helpful and genuinely friendly, making check-in and everything during our stay effortless. There’s something for everyone here — kids’ activities, peaceful spots for adults and accessible paths for older guests. Highly recommended for families, couples and groups looking for a welcoming, picturesque campsite.
